Enercare has been our Go To for our every “around-the-house problems” since our residence in Scarborough. However, after retirement and our move to Niagara Falls, being senior citizens already, we relied more and more on their services. We have purchased every services (maybe one more left) they have offered to us that have come in handy as we have called them several times. The servicemen that came to our home have come more than once, since it is a small area so same people are able to come for the same problem. They have felt to us like our family. They are very friendly, respectful, courteous, patient, understanding of our zero knowledge but most of all very knowledgeable about their job. They are all very professional. Our recent problem with our basement shower messed up by our basement contractor needed parts from China. Brett, ordered them and very patiently kept coming back until he fixed the problem which took 5 months. Thank you Brett for your steadfastness in looking after our shower faucet.
