Olexandra is sweet, kind and wonderful. She is working with me on electrolysis and she is very patient and kind regarding my sensitivities. France is very gentle with explaining the process of electrolysis and helping to meet the demands of my schedule. The facility is sparkling clean and very pretty. I booked an appointment based on the positive reviews and thankfully they are legitimate. I had my 1st ever electrolysis treatment done yesterday with France and she is truly professional, personable and knowledgeable. My comfort was always her priority and she worked quickly but didn't rush. I can tell she cares about treatment results and ensuing confidence in people more than making as much money as possible from them! My only disappointment is in myself for waiting so long to have this done. Honestly tweezing is more uncomfortable than electrolysis. Anyone who is nervous or skeptical go see France, I am so so happy I did!
