Car star was recommended by my Insurance Company after an idiot drove out of his driveway, crossed 2 lanes of traffic and plowed into my passenger side After an $8,000.00 repair (- about 2 dollar’s and covered by the idiots insurance) I noticed an air leak in the passenger front window. After a visit to Carstar and an employee coming for a ride and diagnosing the problem as a missing gasket it has been 2 phone calls, 2 promises of return calls and no response I guess since they received big bucks at the beginning there’s no caring about finishing the job with a minor gasket. These guys are all amazing here. They truely turned a nightmare situation into a pleasant experience for me. The quality is factory quality and the timeliness was unexpectedly quick. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Huge shout out to Blake and the kind and helpful reception staff.

Had an insurance claim taken care of very quickly. All damage to my car was “unhappened” beyond my expectations! From the front desk to the shop; what a great team! I highly recommend this business if you need any bodywork done on your vehicle. Thankyou CarStar!
