I had a lovely experience with CarStar recently. When I brought my car in to obtain a quote, I was not anticipating it being deemed a no drive. The staff were amazing arranging the pick up by Enterprise and answering my questions regarding the processes with the rental as well as my insurance company. The staff were professional, friendly and kind, and my bumper looks great! Throughout the process I felt as though it was important to the staff at CarStar that I was happy with my experience with them...and I was.

I brought my 2013 ford Taurus in with front bumper damage, was given an estimate and had them do the repairs, was done in a timely fashion and was happy with the results. Blake was very personable and so was the receptionist- can’t remember her name but was also very helpful with questions I had.
