Embrun Energy provides HVAC installation services, including duct and vent installation and heat pump installations. They are known for their professional, courteous, and timely service. The workers are described as clean and polite, accommodating and quick. One customer in Orléans had a heat pump installed as a drop-in replacement for an old AC, along with an air exchanger, and reported no issues with installation, wiring, or set-up. However, there was a negative experience with the owner and office staff in regards to billing. Overall, Embrun Energy is described as doing excellent work.
Embrun Energy did an excellent job installing our new furnace! Jesse and Nick were professional, knowledgeable, and completed the installation efficiently. The office team—Eric, JC, and the receptionist—were fantastic as well. They communicated clearly, answered all my questions, and scheduled the installation promptly. Great experience from start to finish—highly recommend!

Great installation and furnace service. Workers are very clean and polite, quick and accomodating. I would refer them to anyone in the area who needs any work done to their home heating and cooling system at home or at work on commercial, or newbuild. Excellent Job!
