We bought an airthings wave to check the air quality in our home and I noticed that our C02 levels were climbing high fast. I messaged Mackie to see if he was able to pop in and check our furnace to make sure there wasn’t any issues. When he came in for the consult he noticed that our hot water tank was improperly installed and that we were missing an extra output for the gas to release, which might be the cause as to why the c02 was rising up a little quicker than usual. He also checked our dryer vent and noticed that there was an additional cage that wasn’t properly cleaning out our lint. (Our dryer would auto shut off to protect itself from overheating). He swapped out the vent to our dryer and fixed our outdoor vent to help it run more smoothly. Also a bonus is that he checked our built in humidifier and noticed the water was shut off to it. Since then everything has been working perfect and I even noticed that our c02 doesn’t rise up overnight anymore. This has given me so much peace of mind. I highly recommend Mackie, he’s quick to respond and is extremely knowledgeable. We look forward to working with him in the spring for our new A/C unit.
We have used Duke HVAC for installing our AC, installing a gas line for our BBQ and fixing the ducts that were improperly installed by the builder. Extremely happy with the quality and service! Highly recommend for all heating and cooling needs you may have!🔥❄️
