Embrun Energy provides HVAC installation services, including duct and vent installation and heat pump installations. They are known for their professional, courteous, and timely service. The workers are described as clean and polite, accommodating and quick. One customer in Orléans had a heat pump installed as a drop-in replacement for an old AC, along with an air exchanger, and reported no issues with installation, wiring, or set-up. However, there was a negative experience with the owner and office staff in regards to billing. Overall, Embrun Energy is described as doing excellent work.
Great installation and furnace service. Workers are very clean and polite, quick and accomodating. I would refer them to anyone in the area who needs any work done to their home heating and cooling system at home or at work on commercial, or newbuild. Excellent Job!
Excellent service, professional, courteous and timely responses. Installed a Heat Pump in Orléans as drop-in replacement for old A/C (heating with heat pump for majority of the year with existing furnace as backup for cold temperatures - dual fuel system) as well as installing an air exchanger (HRV). No issues with installation, wiring or set-up, happily heating and cooling with better indoor air quality and a big reduction in fossil fuel & energy usage.
