From July 2019 to June 2020 Derek Seaman (& Sons) built me my dream house in Southampton. The process was amazingly efficient, no horror stories typically associated with a new build, and the quality of the workmanship and friendliness of his people OUTSTANDING. Rarely does one ever hear anything nice about a builder after the job is complete, but I could not be more complimentary of Derek and his team. If I could do it again, I would in a heartbeat!

The Seaman and Sons team have built two homes for our extended family over the last 10 years. The experience in both cases was excellent. Both homes were beautifully crafted in the way you would expect from a third generation homebuilder. Moreover, I happen to have particular expertise with respect to the science and energy efficiency of new homes and I can say confidently that Derek and his team have made a commitment to excellence in this area. These guys are AMAZING - they built us our dream cottage 9 years ago and it has been faultless !!! Derek is just wonderful - we would not go anywhere else. Hopefully a dream retirement home one day !!!
