We have had a fantastic experience from day 1 when we decided to use Alair homes for our custom built home, we started with Ben and we had scott as our project manager and they went above and beyond to meet all of our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with our home and location as well! we also really liked the fact that we had a website portal that had everything up to date from photos to budget so we knew exactly what we were spending. Alair Builders Grey Bruce built our 2-storey waterfront house in Southampton in 2023. From the very beginning we had a clear understanding of the costs and time-frame for the build. We had no significant delays and moved into our new home right on schedule.Scott Koeslag was our Alair Project Manager. Scott was a delight to work with from beginning to end. This spring we moved into our Alair custom build in Southampton Landing, and are loving it!Without the collaboration with the Ben and team our build could never have happened, we had unfortunate delays due to paper work, they were patient and helped us out on many occasions. After everything was finalized even with the delay they were able to get a shovel in the ground right away.Shenay was our project manager and we cannot say enough good things about her.She made us always feel like her top priority and cared just as much about the final product as we did.
