I went to Gingrich to see if they could take a nail out of my tire and fix a clanging muffler. Not only did they take me the same day, they removed the nail and tightened a fire plate for no charge. Fantastic customer service! Would highly recommend!

My vehicle needed a minor fix not covered under my regular dealer's warranty. So I decided to try Gingrich instead, since they're local. I'm so glad I did. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Ordered the part immediately and the job was done fast without me even having to book an appointment. Talk about superb customer service! Once my warranty expires within the year, Gingrich can count on me becoming a long-term customer.

I made an appointment for a winter tire swap, and Adam took care of everything, including my annoying after-service questions about headlights, windshield wipers replacement, and front bumper replacement. Warm environment, dog friendly, and front desk was super knowledgeable and accommodating, prices very fair.
