I would like to start off by saying I am beyond happy with the service I have received in the last two years at Shawn’s auto In Smithville.
My husband passed away almost 2 years ago now and took care of all of the vehicles as he was a trained mechanic himself so I never had to worry about car maintenance. Once he passed away, I was faced with so many challenges, including maintenance of all our vehicles, and also to help my teen boys who were just now getting into vehicles of their own. Great team of knowledgeable people working there. They do it right and get the job done. Hats off to the team because they are the industry model other shops should be following. Even if you have an EV they know how to work on it.

Today I had a hard time dealing with a Napa store in Hamilton where my original battery was purchased. I was directed by upper management from Napa to go to the Napa Autopro of Smithville. Napa of Smithville assisted me, tested my battery that was under warranty and replaced it as it was bad. The customer service was impeccable, and the the lady at the front counter was eager to help me out. Thank you so much again for your service. Customer service and people friendliness is not what it once was like back in the day but going to this location in Smithville will bring you back to that time! Kudos to you Autopro of Smithville!!!
