I had Bertvis install my backsplash and the guys were amazing. From selections to scheduling and install. We used 24x48 tiles and the guys lined the seams to make it look like a full slab. I would highly recommend them.

Our dog Simon has been going there most of his life. Each time we drop him off, he cant wait to get inside. The staff truely love all dogs like their own which is reflected in the dogs behavior. Very rewarding and beneficial for the pets. Highly recommend.

Kevin came out to diagnose and repair my Nissan Cube on 7/9/25. He listened to my concerns and the troubleshooting I did, then got to work. Can’t say enough great things about Smithville Auto. I drove down from Oakville for an appointment in Smithville. Upon arrival I heard clunking sounds coming from my front end. I was concerned about making the drive back so I called them and they had the vehicle up on a hoist in 45 minutes. They identified the issue, broken sway links, removed them and reassured me that I would be safe to make it home. They handed me back my keys and said have a great day. Exceptional customer service from the front reception to the mechanic servicing the car! Thank you again!
