We had new carpet installed on the stairs leading to our basement this week. 2 weeks from placing the order the installer completed the job in 3 hours. He was very professional & courteous! Great job!!

I was dealing with Home Depot for my flooring and they quoted me 3200.00. Had my flooring delivered 4 weeks prior and scheduled installation on dec 28 and 39. They came and told me it was going to cost me another 1800. So I cancelled my order on dec 28 and still waiting for them to call me back for my refund. I called Bert vis flooring on the same day at 10:00 in the morning I believe and Ralph came to my house same day at 3:30 pm and got a quote that same day!! I’m just waiting now for an installation date. I am so happy so far with the efficiency Ralph has been returning my emails and understanding how upset I am with Home Depot. We had some issues with a kitchen floor Bert Vis Flooring installed 5 years ago. We were thrilled with the responsiveness of both the company and the tile manufacturer in correcting the problem. Highly recommend them!
