I can't thank the staff enough.! I suspected that my kitty had a broken leg and when my vet clinic refused me I called the Smith's falls clinic and they somehow managed to get me in that afternoon. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff. They were absolutely wonderful and caring. I plan to stay with them. They were all so warm and attentive and I know that they have nothing but love for the animals they treat. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my fur baby. ?
Such kind caring and compassionate people here. They were so lovely when I had to put down my beloved 11 year old Shepherd who had cancer. They gave me all the time I needed to say my goodbyes. That was 2 years ago. Last year we adopted a new puppy and she has been going to see them since day one. They have been fantastic! I have called them so many times for all of her mishaps and they are always so patient and kind. Thank you for all you do!!

Vet was great, honest about tests/cost & alternatives if available.
Prices were reasonable & much lower than Trenton where I came from
