My husband passed last August. From our very first phone call Jim put us at ease as he guided us through our options and took care of so many details we wouldn’t have even thought of. Jim was always available. He never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. It was such a relief to know he was always there if we had a question. Jim also provided a detailed list of post funeral government requirements (which he insisted on only walking us through after the funeral when we wouldn’t be overwhelmed.) Jim & Tracy along with all the staff at Ferris Funeral Home are all so warm and compassionate. Generations of our family have been taken care of here and they continue to go above and beyond. Jim was so patient, caring, thoughtful and understanding through the process of planning and then the day of the service for my dad. This community is lucky to have Jim, Tracy and all the staff to turn to in your time of grief.

There are truly no words to express my gratitude and appreciation towards Jim, Tracy & staff. You are truly treated like family NOT a business transaction. I first met Jim 27yrs ago in regards to a stillborn birth for my husband and I, and 27yrs later only days apart had the death of my dad. Jim not only remembered details of my son’s funeral but continued to remember other family funerals that took place at the home. Jim goes far beyond what is ‘expected’.
