“I have been a client of Charlene's for several years. She is one of the best RMT's I have been to! I have also seen a few of her colleagues and they are all absolutely wonderful. The staff are all friendly and professional. The clinic is well maintained and clean. Always on time. Highly recommend 10/10!“

BeForYou Women's Yoga & Wellness Yoga

“A warm, welcoming space (set in a charming renovated house off Main Street). I love that it is women‘s only- it makes it feel so safe, judgment-free and empowering! It is truly a tightknit community where women come to feel good. They offer a wide selection of classes in the evening and during the day- for example, yoga fusion (a mix of yoga and ab/strength training), restorative meditation classes up in the cozy loft, yogalates, hatha and vinyasa flow to name a few!“

Healthletica Hot Yoga + Wellness Yoga

“Back in the Fall of 2021 I was looking for a place to do yin yoga, which I enjoy as it is mostly sitting or laying down, and very relaxing. A google search suggested Healthletica in Bolton, which I had driven past many time but never been to. The building put me off as it looks like a 1970's office building - and the banner announcing Hot Yoga was daunting. I didn't know what Hot yoga was to be honest but I assumed that it was fast paced activity, almost like a Jane Fonda work out. I imagined uber fit bendy people which i am not (yet). As my post pandemic resolution is "get out more, and do things that challenge you" I moved past my reservations and bought a 1 month pass online. Best decision ever. The Studio is beautiful inside, located at the top of the building - calm, clean and the yoga room is Hot. It turns out Hot yoga refers to the room temperature not fast cardio. Who knew? The staff and the folks taking classes were all ages and fitness levels and all super friendly. If i was worried or self conscious about myself in yoga gear I didn't need to be, plus the evening classes are both hot and lights dimmed. My favorite classes so far are Yin Yoga on a Wednesday evening and the unheated core fitness class on a Thursday evening. I recommend the one month pass if you are unsure if it's for you - you can take unlimited class with that - exploring all the different offerings“
