I brought my crushed old pc to Tech Hub on a Saturday late afternoon before the store closed. I ended up buying a computer from Ihsan but I couldn’t get it working at home, even though I saw with my own eyes that it was working at his shop. I panicked and called him and it was closing time. They brought a new cord, an adaptor to my home after closing and personally set it up for me at my apartment (all free). Realizing that it was because my monitor was defective, Ihsan gave me a monitor free, free goodies, free software and tons of assurances and guarantees, treating me like VIP. I had tears in my eyes and sincerely thanked Ihsan and Kader. Don’t go anywhere else, go to Tech Hub.“
