Referred to Tras via LG. They were very timely and were able to diagnose the issue, apply a fix. the fix didn't work, so they did another. that did not work either and they sent their report to LG as well as refunded me a portion of the fee. WOrked with Gary who followed up with me to ensure I was refunded.

We recently had TRAS fix our washing machine (referred by LG service) and they were great. They were able to fit our appointment in earlier than expected, and Aman the technician was very efficient and professional. We had an appointment within 48 hrs and our washer was fixed and running again within 1 hr of technician's arrival. Would definitely recommend.
We too had an outstanding level of service provided to us by Gary and Aman the service technician. Our new LG washing machine had issues and just fell out of warranty. They provided us with several options on how to deal with the situation and allowed us to make the decision for ourselves - no pressure. It costs a lot of money to run techs on the road these days so we weren’t surprised by the amount we paid. No surprises, just honest upfront solutions to overcoming our problem. Aman is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and polite. I would definitely recommend Tras for all repairs.
