The quality of treatment provided by the therapist is exceptional, which is why I continue to return. However, interactions with the administrative staff can be challenging, particularly regarding insurance claims. When insurance issues occur, I would appreciate a greater willingness to assist and help resolve the situation. A stronger focus on customer service would make the overall experience much more positive.

I was dealing with a pesky, nuisance health issue and consulted two MDs and a TCM doctor, none of whom helped me.
