Rosewood Pet Resort has been our dog’s home away from home for the past few years. The staff is amazing, and our dog absolutely loves staying there. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing he’s so well taken care of. You can truly tell they care—it really feels like a second home for him.

The staff are super nice! Been here multiple times. They were also very accommodating to needs and requests with our puppy. You can tell they know what they're doing, and they prioritize taking care of the dogs' needs and safety. I absolutely feel like I can trust them with my puppy.

We left our dog here for the first time while traveling to Toronto, and overall we had a great experience. The staff were very organized and helpful — they explained everything clearly over the phone, and the online process was quick and easy.
We liked that they have an assessment day for new dogs to make sure they feel comfortable. Our dog came back happy and relaxed, which made us feel confident about the place.
The only downside is that you can’t go inside to see where the dogs stay. From what we could see, it looked clean and well-maintained, but it would be nice to take a quick look inside.
