Mike and the staff were very accommodating. My dog chewed on my power cord. I called several Roger stores and (can you believe it? I can, no Rogers stores I contacted had a power cord in stock?). But, but, but Mike took it upon himself to find a power cord for me.?. I got home and I was so happy I plugged the power cord into my Wifi box and to my surprise IT DIDN'T WORK?. But it wasn't Mike's fault. I might be looking into the competition.

I had a fantastic experience with Ramith, Charles and Store Manager Mike and the other staff member, forgot to ask his name. ? From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. They were friendly, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
What stood out most was how quickly they responded to my issue, how knowledgeable they were and how they followed up to ensure everything was resolved.
