Excellent customerservice by Carla. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with me. She took time to explain all my options clearly and help find the best plan that suits my need. Highly recommended !!!

Mike and the staff were very accommodating. My dog chewed on my power cord. I called several Roger stores and (can you believe it? I can, no Rogers stores I contacted had a power cord in stock🥴). But, but, but Mike took it upon himself to find a power cord for me.🤗. I got home and I was so happy I plugged the power cord into my Wifi box and to my surprise IT DIDN'T WORK🤬. But it wasn't Mike's fault. I might be looking into the competition.

I had a fantastic experience with Ramith, Charles and Store Manager Mike and the other staff member, forgot to ask his name. 😁
From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. They were friendly, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

What stood out most was how quickly they responded to my issue, how knowledgeable they were and how they followed up to ensure everything was resolved.
