We bought a house and called R & S Roofing Scarborough for some roofing repairs. R & S Roofing Scarborough was able to come out a few days later for a full day job. I was not at home when the work was done, but I received a midday status report email with an update and pictures of the progress. It was a really nice touch!! When the work was completed I received more pictures and a comprehensive invoice detailing all of the work that was done which I will save if I need a reference in the future.
We had our entire roof replaced by R & S Roofing Scarborough. The price he quoted was below that of the other quotes we received, but it was clear that his workers are professional roofers. The roof looks really great and, most importantly, there has not been one hint of a leak since the installation. I'd definitely be happy to use R & S Roofing Scarborough and recommend them to anyone!
R & S Roofing Scarborough took care of my roof, still keeping to the quote they had provided us. The price was much better than a competitor from whom we had a quote. The work was mainly done in a day, with extra flash work and caulking done the following day. Clean up was meticulous. Very pleased.
