Pharmalinx Medical Centre and Pharmacy provides professional and responsible medical service. The doctors are patient, friendly, and professional, while the front desk and staff are enthusiastic, efficient, and nice. The clinic is busy but treats patients as soon as possible with very good service and attitude. Staff explain everything patiently and answer questions. The pharmacy offers fast, efficient service with staff who speak both Mandarin and Cantonese. It is a highly recommended place.
They have delivered my medication to me at 11PM more than once which is just unfathomable to me. The medication, which is meant to be refrigerated, often arrives at room temperature with a warm long ago melted ice packet. The unprofessionalism of this pharmacy is outrageous. Really makes you wonder where your medication is going and what they are doing with it for all the hours it remains missing.
PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY TRAVEL COVID TESTING HERE:I booked a travel Covid test weeks in advance as the price was only $90. Then on the day of I call them and then suddenly they tell me that they don't have any tests.This was the day before Christmas and I had to do the test somewhere else for $300 per person.These guys are incredibly irresponsible and ended up costing me hundreds of dollars more and I could have potentially missed my flight.Please be cautious and just pay more to do it somewhere more credible than Pharmalinx.
The service is very good and the attitude is very good too. Although the clinic is busy, it will try its best to treat patients as soon as possible and deal with your problems patient. Very nice!
