Can't say enough about the customer service. They stayed late to make sure not only I but also my fiancee (who wasn't there) was satisfied. If I could give more stars, they'd have all of them.

I got an amazing haircut. It took nearly the entire hour but I love the result. My only issue was gripping my face instead of my head. My eye socket is not a handhold. I wish I spoke up in person. I'm still going back because I got a terrific haircut and the general vibe was nice to me.
