If I could rate this place to zero, I would. This is my first time trying out this place and I got really bad service experience directly from the owner. I have brought this voucher as a birthday gift for my boyfriend as a couple massage. I contacted the place to book an appointment 3 weeks in advance. The owner pickup the phone and told me to call back 1 day before the appointment date to book the appointment, because the time that I wanted to reserve is always available. I arrived for my massage and was escorted to a room and told to get on the table by a receptionist. I layed on the table buck a** naked for 20 minutes. I then got up with sheets around me and knocked on a door to get someone's attention. My massage therapist apologized for the 20 minute wait and asked me to wait for another 20 minutes. So I got dressed and left to get a refund which didn't happen. This place sucks.
