My Mechanic is Exceptional. Long before me, my father was a repeat client and always raved about the service!! Fast forward a few years and they’ve relentlessly solved every problem I’ve had with my car. Nothing but good things to say about their shop, all the best!!
Called three places for a quote on safety standards certificate, turned out best price was at My Mechanic so proceeded set up appointment. Received text message confirming appointment and reminder the day of with option to change/cancel appointment if needed. Proceeded to appointment and pleasantly pleased at the professionalism from Arun .Received a text when work was completed and car ready to pick up car as requested work is completed . I have decided that “My mechanic” is finally found as well recommending to family and friends to consider using and trusting their experience will also lead to decide on My Mechanic becoming their mechanic when needed. I was looking for a trustworthy shop close to home to service my Mini. I drove by this garage one day and checked the reviews online. They were good, so I decided to give them a try.
Booking online was easy, the service was great, and the price was reasonable. I’m glad I found a good local shop that I can come back to for my MINI in the future.
