The service at this location was exceptional: fast, efficient and best of all, highly effective. My mobile, which I thought could not be repaired due to salt water damage, was up and running, with no issues whatsoever, in just a couple of hours thanks to their excellent technical service. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for mobile repairs.

The Mobile Klinik in Scarborough Town Centre is one of the best mobile stores I have visited, the customer service provided by Alina was exceptional, she patiently walked me through all the deals and offers they had, and made sure I got the best deal which met all my requirements at the best price. From the manager to the customer service reps all were super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Alina deserves a raise for the wonderful work she does to make a regular mobile store a personalized experience of shopping in comfort and assurance.

Great Customer Service!!!I went to this location to have my Samsung phone repaired. The young gentleman working named Justin was able to diagnose the issue and explain it to me what exactly is going on with my phone and started working immediately. Offered me to have a seat since I had some knee problems. Also picked up the phone the following day and everything works great!Thanks Justin
