Service above expectations, Exhaust broke off on the 401 east express lane, called them said they would do there best. When we arrived they took us right in, put car on hoist gave estimate for repair and time and boom it was done. From the reception (sorry forgot her name )to Jack and Peter, they were friendly and very customer oriented. They even took the time to fill bicycle tires for a young boy, and help other people with various issues that just dropped in.Thanks for saving the day and the weekend. I went to Midas to bring my brother’s car. I didn’t know the specifics so when Peter and Neil asked me something about the service, I had to call my brother to ask him. They were very patient and understanding with me and Neil explained everything thoroughly. Even I, who don’t know a lot about cars, understood the problem with it and what Neil was going to do about it. Thank you, Neil and Peter!
