This was my first visit to this Midas for an Oil change. From booking the appt. with Steeve to having the service done, my overall experience was great. Both Steeve and Mohan, (who served me at the front desk), treated me very kindly. In particular, I was really happy at how Mohan explained in clear detail the charges in full, prior to me signing my agreement to having the service done. In addition, the wait time was accurate to what Mohan advised it would be, which was not long and reasonable. I look forward to going back for similar services in the future. I took my Kia in for a service and Mo was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything to and was very patient. They took care of my needs and went above and beyond. This the best service I have received. I am taking all my vehicles to Midas. Thank you Mo & Steve!

What a phenomenal team. This Father & Son duo, have the best customer service skills I have seen from any auto shop. I got a quote from Canadian tire for my rear struts and when I came here, I saved over $1,300. Not only did they save me money, but they saved me time as I was in and out in a few hours. They were able to assist me with a couple engine problems, and advised me on how to save money by not doing unnecessary repairs which I was told to do by other places!Fantastic service. Fantastic team.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
