The KEY to this shop is in its Name. "CUSTOM". My first experience with this shop was 25-30 yrs. ago. I had a 4Runner and was told by the dealership we have to replace the whole one-piece system. We don't to repairs. The person at the service desk told me quietly if go west for a few KM you will find Majestic, and they could probably fix the issue quickly for $100. I headed straight down and sure enough it was fix in on the spot very quickly and it was actually $100. The exhaust had a leak just before the catalytic. They cut out the section of pipe and welded in a new piece. Since then, I have had several vehicles back for similar issues. Yesterday was no exception. 2010 Forester started to rumble so headed down. Office was really busy and lot almost full of cars. After a few minutes of waiting my information was taken. I was expecting to have to come back the next day. Next thing I know I was asked for my keys and took it in to check in out. In very short order I was called up by the desk, here are your keys, good to go. What do I owe you? A good Google review. Being so busy I forgot to ask what it was but after looking underneath later another custom fix. Part of the pipe before the muffler rusted through, they cut out 6-10 inches and welded in a new piece. All my experiences have been similar. Friendly, efficient office and shop staff. I have never had a long wait and always taken in same day without an appointment. If you have exhaust system issues, I highly recommend Majestic.
A friend recommended Majestic Muffler to me, and I am so glad that I drove the extra distance to get there. Everyone at the shop was friendly, professional, and so helpful. You could tell they took pride in their good work. Tony is a great guy, very friendly, and obviously an expert in his field. You can tell by the model cars in the waiting room that he is a MOPAR fan, which I take as an indication of a serious car buff. The receptionist was very friendly, and the waiting room was nicely air conditioned and a pleasant place to wait... you don't often see such a great aquarium! The problem was explained to me in a way I could understand, the fix required and the cost were laid out, and after agreeing, the work was quickly completed. After driving in with a car that sounded like a dump truck, it was a great relief to drive out with the sounds of silence! And the price was incredibly reasonable. All in all a great experience. I'll never go anywhere else! Thanks to Tony and all the excellent staff!
