I've always had good experiences at all stores in this chain. In the scarborough location. I picked up my order today and it was very quick and pleasant. I was surprised to see a thank you note from Amy in the bag and lots of samples, which was a nice touch. They really make you feel like a appreciated customer at l'occtaine.
