JAG Hardwood Floor Refinishing is AWESOME!!! Gino and his partner are VERY hard workers. Anne was also very helpful, communicative, and attentive throughout the entire process! They truly know what they are doing, and went above and beyond. They are very professional, personable, and honest people. We forgot an item on our doorstep when leaving the house for the day and they kindly stopped us before we drove away and brought it to our attention. We are very happy with our newly refinished flooring and staircase, it all looks amazing!! Highly recommended!!!
I had an excellent experience with Jag hardwood floor refinishing. Anne was very nice over the phone, and very prompt with her responses by text message. The next day, the company sent Gino to fix some damage to my hardwood floor. Most companies in Toronto do not fix isolated hardwood damage, and will charge you thousands of dollars, and will only show up to fix your entire floor. In this situation, I just needed some cosmetic work done on a small section of my floor. Jag was one of the few companies in Toronto that would even take on this type of project.
