Just 10 minutes ago I was following a van with the Jackson Roofing sign. At the red light, the driver just threw the trash (some snack wraps or something) out the window.

If a company hires employees with such low culture, I would never use its services. This episode tells that they don't give a dime about their environment – your property and your roof inclusive.

The Jackson Roofing service technician went to my house this morning without my request and the service technician put ladder up to reach my porch top which caused number of big scratches on top of my porch. My security camera has recorded down the whole process. I called the company to ask why they came and what they did and Vania from customer support said the service guy went to the wrong spot. I sent list of photos to them requesting for a solution but the company refused to take the responsibility, said it was old scratch although I had photo from before to prove my porch was clean and the scratch looks brand new. Jackson Roofing installed the roof on our new custom house several years ago. This spring we saw that the northerly winter winds had blown off a shingle. We called them on a Thursday. They called back on the Friday with an appointmwnt for the following Monday. Very prompt service desk. The installer arrived on time and did a first class job. He also inspected the entire roof and did a couple of other minor repair jobs. We would recommend Jackson unhesitatingly.
