I brought my laptop here to be fixed because the previous computer repair store I brought it to didn't fix my computer but I paid about $140 for it and got ripped off. I was not able to login to my laptop because my password didn't work. The first place I brought it to the guy lied to me and told me he can get past any error message and get into my computer but he just replaced my hard drive which was bad. He deleted all my programs and games and kept the original hard drive but I got it back. Andy is amazing. I've been going here for 15+ years. Andy has seen every issue. He doesn't need ChatGPT to help him diagnose/fix an issue. He's dealt with it all. Quick, affordable repairs, honest advice, and great communication throughout. I've moved out of the area recently and tried a different repair shop, but the prices are ridiculous because they have no clue what they're doing, and are finding videos online to help them with the repairs. I'll take Andy's experience over any of these repair shops any day.
