This was our second time working with Bill and the team at Fairney and Sons, and once again, they were fantastic from start to finish.
We hired them to rebuild our back deck and replace the rotten siding at the back of our house. Throughout the project, they were professional, responsive, and flexible—accommodating last-minute design changes and helping us work through ideas to find the best solution based on the site conditions. The crew was friendly, respectful, and kept the worksite clean throughout. They also did a thorough cleanup when the job was done.

We had a nightmare experience with another roofing company that actually damaged our roof while quoting the job—right before a major rainstorm. They pressured us into hiring them on the spot, and then left us with our entire roof ripped off and the chimney removed, with no intention of returning unless we paid them $36k. We were left scrambling in the middle of spring, unsure who to trust.

Bill and team finished our basement in summer 2022. They were remarkably on time and close to budget, easy to deal with, and flexible around design and requests. A year and a half later everything is still great. Would 100% recommend.
