As an old customer of 10 years, I came to walk in with a toothache that was killing me. The receptionist (the older woman) had a bad attitude! Luo Chun, the dentist, was not helpful and did not spare any extra time for treatment. They said the schedule was already full and there was nothing you could do if you were in pain. There is no kindness in doctors at all! This clinic is extremely selfish and only cares about making money!
The very old front desk clerk was very unpleasant! Very bad attitude! It doesn’t grow human intestines! Never again! @ Dr Luo Chun This kind of receptionist is ruining your business and should be fired.
We have been with Dr. Luo for 17 years since her dental clinic located in Rosedale neighborhood. She is very professional and knowledge about what she is doing. She also have a passion to help people around her. I am so happy and lucky to find her. Thanks Dr. Luo
