Great friendly staff. Got into an accident last year and my doors were damaged. The staff always kept me informed and updated me on my vehicle. Even when I needed to grab a few things, they let me come back and grab what I needed. I had to bring my small dog with me and were nice enough to let me bring him inside because of the heat.
When I first came for guidance, I met the consultant Mike. He knew exactly where to start and what to do. He even diagnosed the car accurately before it even went for any diagnostics. He did very well, he made sure things were done on time and followed up with everyone necessary. He has a lot of patience ; dealt with every call made, and ensured things would be done on time. Thank you tremendously, without Mike, I would not go to ACG. Thanks again.
ACG turned a stressful situation into a smooth and manageable experience after my vehicle was damaged. From start to finish, their team showed a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care.
A special thank you to Mike, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer my questions. He kept me informed at every stage and even took the initiative to work directly with my insurance company, which made everything so much easier on my end.
