I went to get a pedicure less than 2 weeks ago, I give the service a 5/10. Everything was rushed!! The nail lady left before I could even leave. I got there for 5:30 they close at 7 or 8… my nail polish looked so choppy and streaky. I was not happy with what I paid for. 🤷🏽♀
I usually have a good experience here however their time management is not the greatest. I called before arriving to their store confirming the time I’d get my service done and when I arrived they told me they were busy and to shop around and come back. I have other appointments and other things to do I can’t just shop around aimlessly? I hope you guys manage your time better next time otherwise good work.
This nail salon has been my go to for more than a decade from waxing when I was younger to now mani/pedis. They’re friendly, their prices are reasonable and they’re reliable! I’ve been a happy customer and this review is just way overdue.
