I purchased flooring from the bald man shiva. He recommended I buy more than I asked for, and said he could take back the remaining boxes. I had 2 boxes left over, he didn’t take them back because it’s passed 2 weeks. I was not told about that condition. I accepted it, I tried to make it passive because I needed a transition to match my flooring. When I went to pick up the transition he pointed in a corner with a lot of other pieces of wood and chrome, I didn’t notice it for 1 minute. Not professional, customer service is lacking. I would rather spend my money somewhere else where I am valued as a customer. The owner is not friendly, speaks down to customers. Imagine walking into a place and the owner speaks to you rudely. Do not support this place.
