Fazel is an exceptionally skilled salesperson, demonstrating both knowledge and helpfulness. He was the sole reason we decided to purchase a PC from this establishment. His customer service skills are truly commendable, and the other staff members could certainly benefit from observing his approach. Although we were unable to interact with him on our subsequent visit, his positive influence was the deciding factor in our purchase.

One staff who welcomed me has changed his face 180 degree when I said I just want to buy a mousepad and look around. I'm not even bother him so that attitude doesn't make sense at all, and make me not want to shop at this place
