Their linesmen damaged my gate and the post that it is attached to in January by forcing it open. The hydro pole is not on my property either. I told the guy not to force it as there was ice and snow behind the gate, causing an uneven ground but my concerns were ignored. When the gate was forced open, the post that was attached to our house was pulled away, with a visible wall plug pulled out. The post is now loose and my gate sags. To enter the rear yard now, I have to lift the gate due to the sag. Never had to do that before! It is difficult to do when you already have mobility issues!
