I went for this service based on reviews. Let me tell you - Krystal did not disappoint!! Conveniently located in the Scarborough town center Sephora store.
This was my first ever brow lamination and she guided me through the process while checking in every few minutes to show me each step of the process. This really eased my nerves. That and her amazing customer service interaction - we chat the whole time!
On top of all that - the RESULTS!!! She did that!!
I highly recommend Krystal and her top notch services 🙌🏽

I recently had my eyebrows done professionally for the first time EVER by Krystal and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I was really nervous at first considering I never trusted anyone else with my eyebrows before, but Krystal is extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She walked me through what she was doing during the entire process & she also helped me decide what kind of look I was going for as I had no idea about anything. She did a shape, wax, lamination, and tint. I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process.
