The team especially Jennifer (receptionist) is so lovely. She was so reassuring and supportive in the whole process of my car getting fixed. Always communicating with me with updates on my car. Huge shoutout to them for repairing and deeply cleaning the inside of my car. It is just like a brand new car, even the smell haha. Highly recommend them!
I recently had my car repaired and had the pleasure of dealing with Felipe, who explained the repair process to me from start to finish. During the work, I also received text messages from Jennifer with updates on the status of the repair. The repair was completed within the estimated time, and I’m very satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend them.
If there is one concern, it’s that an aftermarket LED headlight was installed instead of an OEM part, as the insurance only approved the aftermarket option.
