I live just south west of Barrie, Ontario and wanted to send my Father and Mother in law something for Christmas. This store met all my expectations and more. First if all the woman I spoke to on the phone was very patient kind and had the best personality! The centerpiece was recieved when promised and it is beautiful. When I need flowers or anything that they provide up there again I will definitely be using place! Thank you so much.
Never had any issues with the flower shop. Have always had good luck, Emma is always good if substitutions are needed and very up front and honest. Always read fine print on a website as it clearly states, due to availability substitutions are sometimes required. Thanks for always being great
I ordered flowers from The Flower Shop for our Aunt. I couldn’t be more pleased! Great service, accurate, beautiful flowers... all in a timely manner. The owner Emma was so helpful and polite. They truly are the best in The Soo!
