We have had only good experiences at Soo Mill, especially when picking up the materials because they are very attentive and careful when handling the materials. However, the cashiers sometimes put in the wrong items at times but that's just one small thing.. Thank you for taking care of your clients!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, I can always find someone there to help with anything I need. Product and installation advice, hardware, materials, even paint matching.
They went above and beyond when I was looking for an item that they were out of stock of, but by some miracle were able to find it for me. Best staff ever!

They have a great variety of products for diyers contractors and trades. Lumber yard out back. Only issue is they are not up to date with current tools and arent very knowledgeable about the items they sell.
