I recently had a great experience at Soo Auto Repair. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. My vehicle was repaired promptly, and the prices were fair. Definitely , best auto repair shop in Sault Ste. Marie . I highly recommend them for any auto repair needs.

Found out they no longer make "H" speed rated CrossClimate 2 All Weather tires, only the "V" higher speed. Sault Auto 4th place I called, confirming this...BUT....they dug deeper found a set from Montreal, would take a week to get here. Installed in 40 mins, NO install charge! They even remembered me from last visit 2 years ago, just newer car! Old tires, bagged and checked for tread depth! Zero sales pressure, as mentioned they could simply return them if changed my mind. Should make money back due to price of tire changing 2x a year, as 3 peak rated 4 season tires!Dealership wanted $150 install on top of new tires! My partner and I were camping at Pancake Bay and on our 9 hour drive up there we ran into car problems. They were able to take my car in no problem and check it out. They were super honest and fair with pricing. They fixed my car, thankfully not a major problem, told me exactly what was wrong and what they did to fix it. Everyone working there are super nice and friendly. Highly recommend SOO AUTO!
