Excellent service - they squeezed us in on short notice. The receptionist was very knowledgeable with lots of personality. Actual price was not far from the estimate. A thorough assessment of the vehicle and only recommended work that needed to be done. Very satisfied with the way it’s running. I would highly recommend Soo Auto!!!

Great experience fixing our van after a highway breakdown. Service was prompt, helpful, friendly and professional; truly 10 out of 10. Already recommended to my family in the area. Went above and beyond!
Old camper van we had just picked up broke down while passing through the town, harmonic balancer came off and started clanging around. No other shop would take us in everybody booking out week or two in advance, we’re planning on driving it back to Kelowna from Ontario but had to get back asap and would’ve been stuck there or have to get a tow and a plane ticket. Thankfully they really came through for us. Super honest thorough no uncharges or over charging or anything, great people, absolute lifesavers and nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Thank you SOO auto! Made it back to Kelowna with no further troubles
