Your Home Service was Excellent. Well manered very personable. Your phone service leave alot to be besired.. had a hard time understanding the person (not well with the english language).wait time were ridiculously long to wait for a live person and only to be connected with the wrong department.
Technician was very friendly, imformative and efficient in fixing not only the problem I had called about but finding and fixing a couple of other ones that would have caused very near future issues as well. Very thorough but also efficient. Am very pleased how fast I was able to get an appointment and the service I received. Highly recommend
Great experience with tech Carmen knowledgeable and efficient. Same experience I had last year when I had an issue with main board. Lindsey and Scott went out of their way working past their scheduled day to get problem resolved.
