In February 2021 we visited the PAC Group Ltd. office asking Paul if he could replace our front steps. Upon visiting our house, we found him to be very personable and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He was very receptive to our suggestions, and self-confident in explaining what he could do to best accommodate us.The PAC Group Ltd. crew that completed the work in April were exceptional. Steve, Andrew and Josh were meticulous in making sure the blocks for the new stairs were level and square. Adding update: I just recently used PAC again. They had a sale going on, they were the cheapest soil I could find. They also had the soil delivered within 12 hours of me placing the order! It was fast and great soil. I will always be dealing with PAC!--I had ordered soil with another company in town that said they would deliver the following week. I waited 3 weeks and still did not have my soil. A friend recommended PAC to me and right away when I called he assured me I would have my soil the next day. We had our backyard sodded by PAC Grpup! Best decision we have made! I contacted Paul and within a few days he was here to give a quote. He was personable, friendly and professional while giving the quote. When they were doing the work the workers were professional and helpful. Paul made sure that everything was going well and made sure to keep me up to date during the work.Honestly my backyard looks completely different. You wouldn't even recognize it! It was so full of rocks it made it difficult for my kids to play.
