Hit a pot hole, damaged front passenger tire. Tried to put my spare on, but for some reason the lug bolts were all loose. Every time we tried to put the tire on the bolts would get pushed into the brake system, or fall through. Corey arrived within 30 minutes, was very polite and took time and was very careful pulling my new car up onto the flatbed with only 3 tires. He did a fantastic job.
