Called last week after another local repair shop tried to take advantage of my 19 year old daughters inexperience with cars . The job quoted was $1200 + $170 I had to pay for a diagnosis. Called our mechanic here in Oshawa he said get a second opinion asked a friend in the Soo for a referral she sent my daughter here !! Today she dropped the car for a second opinion & they ran many test etc & found nothing ( which is what we expected ) Matt & crew treated my daughter with respect & sent her away with no charge for ANYTHING!! Amazing customer service we will def be back for any of the girls car needs while they are in university in the Soo !!
HIGHLY recommend!! I notice because I’m a girl, a lot of shops talks to me like I’m an idiot, but Dominic was absolutely great. He listened to me, he understood what I wanted, and delivered after another shop told me it was impossible. Very happy customer that will be returning.
